- Do you have 4 years experience as an Estate Agent, or Lettings Agent?

If so, you should be eligible to enrol on the AssocRICS pathway to become qualified Surveyor.

Once qualified, you will be able to produce RICS Home Reports,
Levels 1, 2, & 3. You can also qualify for Valuations (RICS Red Book), which will enable you to carry out Valuations for purposes, such as Tax and Probate.

With 10 years experience in a supervisory role, you may qualify for Chartered membership (MRICS).

We can provide you with the extra knowledge you need in Building Pathology and Other Matters
to feel confident in submitting for RICS Qualification.

The training is with a Highly Qualified and Experienced Charted Surveyor, who can also act as your
Counsellor that the RICS will require for your Submission.

The course is now available online, with additional on-site practical experience.
